EROS Hospital is built specifically around sexual health, urology, and mental health care, so most of what you'll see below, from the OPD rooms to the operation theatre, is set up with those specialities in mind rather than adapted from a general hospital layout.
Reception Area
A spacious, well-lit front area where our staff handles check-in and can point you in the right direction for your appointment.
Admin Office
Handles scheduling, patient records, and the administrative side of a hospital visit, so clinical staff can focus on care.

Central Sterile Services Department (CSSD)
Every instrument used in surgery passes through CSSD for sterilization before reuse, a core part of infection control that patients don't usually see but that matters for every procedure.
ICU & Recovery Room
Our ICU is staffed and monitored around the clock for patients who need close observation after surgery, with a separate recovery room for a quieter space to recuperate.
Laboratory Services
Our in-house lab handles everything from routine blood work to more specific diagnostics, so results usually come back quickly enough to inform same-visit decisions.
Sexual Health & Urology OPD
Consultation and examination rooms set up for sexual health and urology visits specifically, with privacy in mind given how personal these conversations often are.
Mental Health OPD
Dedicated rooms for mental health consultations and therapy sessions, designed to feel calmer and more private than a typical clinical space.

Operation Theater (OT Complex)
A Class 100 modular operation theatre with the sterile, controlled environment surgical procedures require.
Special Room
A private single-bed room for patients who want more privacy during their stay.
Twin Share Room
A two-bed shared room, a middle option between a private room and a general ward.
General Room
An eight-bed shared ward, our most affordable inpatient option without a reduction in the level of clinical care.
Patient Waiting Area
A comfortable space with seating for patients and family members during appointment or procedure wait times.
Pharmacy
Our in-house pharmacy stocks prescribed medications on-site, and our pharmacy team is available to explain dosage and usage before you leave.
Seating Area For Special Patient Rooms
Additional seating near our private rooms, useful for family members staying with a patient during a longer admission.
Outdoor Facilities with Lift & Emergency Entrance
A lift and a dedicated emergency entrance for patients who need faster, more accessible entry to the hospital.
